Difficulties with Online Banking & Utility Account Number?
Please note that if you are experiencing difficulties entering your utility account number when paying your utilities through online banking, please replace the decimal point in your account number with a “0”.
For example, if your utility account number is 123456.789, enter it as 1234560789. This will give you a ten (10) digit number and will be accepted by your financial institution.
