Utility e-Billing Is Here
Go paperless with the Town of Taber’s new e-billing service! You can save the environment and receive your utility bill by convenient email delivery by subscribing to the town’s new e-billing service.
Utility bills will be sent out by email or by traditional postal mail service each month, depending on which method is set as the customer’s preference.
In order to sign up for the new e-billing service, fill out and submit the Registration Form below. Alternatively, you can print and mail the form, or bring it in to the Town of Taber office.

Does this change how I pay my utility bill?
Choosing to sign up for e-billing will not affect the way you pay your utility bills. Customers will continue to have the following options for payment: Pre-Authorized payments, Cash, Debit, Online/Telephone Banking or at your financial institution.
What if I change my mind and want to revert back to paper billing?
If you ever decide to stop the e-billing notification service, simply e-mail your request to: firstname.lastname@example.org or contact the Finance Department at (403) 223-5500, extension 5558.
- If you change your email address, you will be responsible for contacting the Finance Department at the Town of Taber with that information.
- Customers using the utility e-billing service are subject to standard late fees, as well as standard non-payment water shut-off and/or transfer-to-tax procedures.
