The projects scheduled for this year's construction season have already been approved and cannot be changed.

If you have concerns about the condition of a road or sidewalk, you can submit a Service Request. Town staff will inspect the area and consider it during future project planning and prioritization. While submitting a request does not guarantee work will be completed, it helps us identify and monitor areas that may require attention.

Town staff regularly inspect roads and sidewalks throughout the community. Projects are prioritized based on factors such as condition, safety, age, underground infrastructure, coordination with utility work, public service requests, and available Council-approved funding. This helps ensure limited tax dollars are invested where they are needed most.

Road and sidewalk replacement projects are typically completed every other year. In the years between, the Town focuses on replacing and upgrading underground infrastructure such as water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.

Alternating between surface improvements and underground utility work helps extend the life of our infrastructure and makes the best use of taxpayer dollars.
