Development Permit Application for Direct Control District - DC-4
Take notice that the Town of Taber has received a Development Permit Application DP 25-169 for a Multi-Unit Residential - 4 Units at 2 Meadows Way, legally described as Unit 106, Condominium Plan 251 0388 which is discretionary uses in the DC-4 District.
as indicated in the map below:

Copies of the proposed application will be available at the Town Office, A4900 – 50th, Street, Taber, Alberta for review.
If you are for or opposed to any of this development or would like to express a concern about it, Council would like to hear from you. On Monday November 10, 2025, at 3:30 pm, Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING in the Town of Taber Council Chambers located at A 4900 50 Street to consider the proposed development. Copies of the application may be reviewed at the Planning counter at the Town of Taber Administration building located at A-4900 50 Street.
If you are unable to attend the public hearing but would like to submit your comments/concerns in writing, please submit them to the Town Office or celina.newberry@taber.ca no later than noon on Monday November 10, 2025. If you are unable to attend the Public Hearing in-person and would like to attend virtually, please contact the Administrative Services Department at 403-223-5500 or at town@taber.ca no later than 12 pm (noon) on Monday November 10, 2025, to receive instructions on how to join the Public Hearing virtually.
