This form will be used to create a list of volunteers for our various Town-organized events throughout the year. Your information will not be provided to any third-party organizations and will be solely used for Town of Taber events. The Recreation Department will contact you prior to each event you submit your name for to confirm availability/ interest prior to the event.

The personal information on this form is being collected for the purpose of creating a list of volunteers for Town events. The information is collected under the authority of section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act and is managed in accordance with the Act. If you have any questions about the collection of this information, please contact the ATI Coordinator at 403-223-5500 ext 5515.

By providing your signature, you are hereby authorizing a representative of the Town of Taber to contact you for volunteering for the events you have indicated.

All volunteers under the age of 18 require the signature of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, please note that we ask for you to submit a paper form with a signature so we can verify the consent of the guardian. To receive a copy of the paper form, please contact our Recreation Department at recreation@taber.ca.
