3 copies of building plans (approved by Developer in new subdivisions)

2. CONSTRUCTION
Pick up your Plan Review and Building Permit at the Town of Taber Planning Department.
Call Superior Safety Codes Inc for your inspections as work progresses. 403 320 0734
3. FINISHING THE PROJECT
Call Superior Safety Codes for final inspection.
Permit Services Report issued by Superior Safety Codes Inc.
Submit Real Property Report (survey) to Planning Department
Submit final grade survey to prove that site graded correctly as per the initial site plan.
Call Town of Taber for inspection of sidewalks/site and refund of Deposit
Notify Utility Clerk at Town of Taber to set up water billing account (take Plumbing Permit to Town Shop to get water meter)
Planning Department issues Permit Services Report (Occupancy Permit)
