FAQs

Why does Taber corn taste so good?
This is due to Taber’s weather conditions, soil type, and irrigation. the hot summer days warm up the sandy-loam soil, resulting in high heat units – perfect for growing corn. Taber receives more sunlight during the year than any other region in Canada. The cooler nights bring up the sugar in the corn.
